About the pool

Relax in a resort-like setting at the private Modern Retreat. Built in 2022, the pool features 3 waterfalls and a tanning ledge with in-water loungers and bubblers. Your group will enjoy plenty of stylish space to lounge in or out of the pool with a large bar and outdoor kitchen (additional charge to use BBQ), tons of seating and a wide grassy area. Massive umbrellas and laser-cut canopies provide shade. Choose any Amazon station or playlist for the house sound system, or use a provided Bluetooth speaker to play your own music. Add extras like The Shed or lawn games to meet every possible need. This sophisticated, fully equipped setting is ideal for spending time with friends, family or colleagues and your hosts can’t wait to help make your gathering absolutely perfect!

Please do not handle umbrellas -- text host to have them opened, closed or repositioned. Glass must be kept in outdoor bar/kitchen area, absolutely NO glass near or in pool. Please leave the area as you found it. Infants must wear swim diapers. The backyard is monitored. No glitter, confetti, piñatas, fireworks, bubbles or water balloon...
