Heated Pool
We can heat the whole pool but need 24 hour notice minimum.

Hot Tub
We can heat the hot tub to 101 max but need an hour notice. The hot tub is very large and can comfortably seat 10 people!

We have a Traeger pellet grill.

We have towels to accommodate 20 people.

Fire Pit
Guests can use fire pit and it seats 8 people.

Speakers
We have a surround sound system around the pool and a TV on the back porch. Guests can Bluetooth their phones for use.

Pool Toys
What have all kinds of toys to use. If you use them you are responsible for them! Basketball goal is a separate fee.

Basketball Goal
Basketball goal is built into the coping of the pool. You can not shoot from out of the pool or on top of the grotto. Also, absolutely no hanging from the rim or slam dunking. We have zero tolerance for this. If caught you will be asked to leave. If the gets broken renters are %100 responsible for the cost or replacement of all parts!
