Large heated pool, heaps of street parking

The mineral pool is 5x7m and heated to a max of 30 degrees, so perfect to cool down in this hot summer weather. It is professionally maintained and due to the UV light, minimal chemicals are required to keep it sanitized. The pool is situated in a well-maintained and well-established backyard with a grassy area, covered by a beautiful Poinciana tree. As it is located in an inner-city suburb, there are neighbours, however it is surprisingly private. The entertainment area includes a lounge and bar table with stools, as well as additional chairs, providing seating to 14 people. There is also a large gas BBQ*. Before 1 pm, the entertainment area and a large part of the pool are in the sun. In the afternoon, the entertaining area and adjacent grassy part are shaded and that's the best time to have a game of ping pong* or play some giant lawn games*. Ideal for a private swim with your kid(s) or furry friend(s) or for parties. There is heaps of street parking available. A toilet and shower are inside the home, in the downstairs granny flat. *additional paid extras Please note that your booked time includes the time you need to set things up and pack things up again. If you need extra time to prepare/pack up, please add some time to your booking. Also note that - as with most, if not all Swimply listings, this is a private, residential pool. As such we may or may not be home during your stay. We always keep the blinds closed for your privacy and keep out of your way. We will not venture into the backyard unless required (if you're dangerously breaking our pool rules or if you need some help). We might use our driveway and carport at the front of the house. We do have a dog and a cat at home, however they will be kept inside during pool bookings. If you're bringing your dog for a swim, please ensure it is either a non-shedding breed, short-haired or trimmed/groomed and not shedding at the moment. ps.
