About the pool

We have made the area as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. I just added photos of the last birthday party decorations. (Not included in the rental) There is a shallow area rope and an optional lifeguard. The hot tub is so relaxing, use before bedtime, and get the best nights sleep. The sound of the waterfalls and waterslide are like a white noise to calm. The kids using the waterslide are not included in the calming effect.

Hot Tub

Sorry, with the urination issue as well as kids walking or jumping on the hot tub. I have to increase the price. I've had to change the water about every 2 - 3 weeks. That's 500 gallons of expensive PW water and add chemicals to offset & purify the water. At this point, I need to replace the cover.

Large grass yard with a waterfall/river.

Small Fridge on the deck. Actually a Keggerator but it hasn't been used in years so the condition is questionable. Will need expert attention.

Outdoor patio

Outside the pool area is a large patio with five chaise lounge chairs, two sets of tables and 12 chairs plus some wicker folding chairs, and two umbrella. Even a Hammock.
