Right between St Pete Beach & downtown, our ‘57 Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home has a private, lush Palm Springs-meets-South Florida oasis with a 3-8ft saltwater pool that’s ideal for celebrating,swim lessons,or grilling & chilling in the custom 2 story screened-in TREEHOUSE (w/TV) The deep blue Pebbletech keeps our pool warm & sparkling,surrounded by a wood deck w/large blue/yellow Moroccan tile table & 6 French bistro chairs which is adjacent to artificial turf with three 11’ fringed,navy striped cabana umbrellas w/ cocktail tables & 8 cushioned club chairs. There’s a direct private bath entrance plus a large round driveway for several cars. There’s native limestone rocks ,olde world travertine tile pavers, Mexican beach pebbles, floral greenscapes & plenty of space to run & play. Add a stocked COOLEST Cooler,resort style Turkish towels, a game of cornhole,glowing tiki torches, & a float for a perfect day.
