About the pool

Large saltwater pool and jacuzzi nestled among tropical trees on an over 15,000 sq. ft. lot. Waterfalls available. Palapa bbq island available. Private pool bathroom and hammocks for relaxing included. Fire pit also available for a small fee. Seating for up to 12 provided as part of listing. Extra seating requires rental of other amenities. Three umbrellas for shade are also part of your booking. Street parking is plentiful and area is extremely secure.

NO PETS. Music is permitted just please keep it at a respectable volume. Bar area is not included as part of listing and is off limits. Please watch your children AT ALL TIMES! Please clean up after yourselves. No smoking or vaping. Please NO glass in or near the edge of the pool. NO water balloons on the premises. Your reservation is for the pool and backyard areas and guests should not congregate in any other area please. Thank you, have fun!
