HUGE pool, slide, diving board, pavillion

September note: All bookings are set to require pre-approval so we can check and then discuss the water temperature with you. Water temperature is likely to be around 77-82, so definitely on the cold side. 40k gallon saltwater oasis with 18'x36' shallow area (3' deep and the size of a standard pool!) PLUS a 18'x25' deep end with slide and diving board (up to 8' deep). Two pavillions for shade (120sqft of partial shade with mosquito netting plus 730sqft of full shade. Large pavillion has outdoor sofa, two tables, air hockey, hammock, and 7 ceiling fans for great airflow. There is an outdoor shower and bathroom for guest use. There's also a playground outside of the fenced area for the kids. Ultimate location for birthday parties and family hangouts! IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) This is a family and friends place and we welcome you to have a great time here. This is not a place for wild parties or ticketed events, please be respectful of our home and neighbors. 2) Night swims are AWESOME and highly recommended, but we have sound restrictions after dark. Please come out and enjoy the pool or hangling out for drinks with friends, but keep music low. 3) The guest count includes everyone on site, whether swimming or just hanging out. This guest count MUST be correct for insurance purposes, and guests WILL be counted. If the guest count is incorrect, you will need to correct it (possibly at a higher charge/tier), or the session will end. We have unfortunately had several abuses this year after a wonderful 2023. 4) No guest parking on the road; we don't want to disturb neighbors and cars have blocked their driveway and mailbox too many times. If you park thoughtfully, you can fit cars 4 wide and 10 cars in my driveway easy.
