The backyard (all premium amenities) is filled with a wide range of activities that include: a playground with rock climbing wall, slide, swings, sand box, monkey bars, ninja warrior course, basketball court, and riding toys; trampoline; football/soccer field; a small jumping balloon; bicycles and scooters; playhouse (with kitchen area, laundry area, baby area, dress up, chalkboard, and work bench area); as well as all the toys your kids need for maximum enjoyment. We have tons of yard games such as: corn hole, axe throwing, footballs, whiffle balls, volley ball, basketballs, frisbees, jump ropes, washer toss, yard dice, Jenga, tabletop ring games, large checkers, 4 across, a ping pong table and more. Take advantage of the gorgeous firepit to mingle or create childhood memories. The outdoor kitchen area is ideal to entertain your guests. It is equipped with the following: Bar with sink (filtered water), large sink with hot water, Dual side burner NG, griddle NG, grill NG, large refrigerator with freezer, 3 large ice chests, 4 tray electric food warmer, 2 outdoor 4’ ice cooler tables, and all the tools needed to cook with. It has LED lights to get your party going. There are additional plastic folding tables to set up serving areas or for additional seating.
