Pool temperature is usually 82 degrees but can be adjusted slightly as needed.

Towels

We are happy to share/provide up to 10 pool towels for you or your group, but we do work to keep the towels dry and clean for those who use them.

Playground

Kids or groups are free to use the swingset near the driveway or run around in the side field between Rose Drive and the house. If you'd like to use the Basketball Court or have outdoor Volleyball Net and ball set up, that is available as a Premium add-on.

Basketball Court

Half-court basketball court, newly paved and painted for free throw and three-point line, with two basketball hoops. Available for a youth team or your family pickup games!

Pool Toys

We have some floats and balls you can use whenever you use the pool, free of charge!

Volleyball Court

Volleyball net and ball can be set up for you in the side yard, with PLENTY of room for a Volleyball game with up to 16 people and many places for other friends to sit in the shade or near the court in chairs that we can provide.

Screened-In Porch

We have a screened-in porch next to the pool, where you can sit together in the shade and hang out while the kids swim or play. This room has the best access to WiFi signal and the sound system if/when you need to use those things.

Speakers

During your stay, we can give you access to play music in the pool area and patio area with our outdoor sound system - you can connect via Bluetooth and play songs from your phone!
