This is an elevated Pool & Spa back yard, above the house and gratefully private, with unlimited water views of the Mission Bay and Ocean! The property is accessible from the road parking by walking down the side yard into the beauty landscaped back yard. Then taking the outdoor stair case upstairs to the private and sheltered fun deck, with several padded lounges, reclining outdoor seats, dinning tables, 2 shading umbrellas, gas BBQ grill and Firepit; with some excess minor fee for propane. The entire area is upstairs with beautiful water views. Since the pool deck is upstairs, it is not suitable for small children at this time. There is a private, poolside bathroom up there for you to use. This area is fantastic to hang out all day, then stay on for gorgeous sunset views and really pleasurable night times & swimming. Plenty of minimal lights up and around the pool, deck and inside pool. No running allowed on property NO glass allowed in the pool deck or pool. MINIMUM 2 HOUR
