THIS LISTING IS FOR A BEDROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR PORTION OF OUR HOME, ACCESS TO THE BEDROOM INCLUDES ACCESS TO THE YARD, POOL, AND THE ENTIRE REST OF THE HOME INCLUDING THE KITCHEN, LIVING AREAS, BATHROOMS, ETC. ALL FEES ARE USED DIRECTLY TO COVER COSTS AND CLEANUP. The room is connected to and includes use of a beautiful backyard with a Pool. I am the live-in owner of the home and the guests of the bedroom will share the entirety of the home and the space with my family. Likewise, myself, as the host will share the space with guests and will be present during your stay. I live in the home with my Wife and two young children. We are extremely lucky to have a beautiful pool for those hot summer months and especially in a City where water access is limited. We believe in sharing the love and allowing our neighbors and friends to share in our good fortune.

Homeowner will be present and at times visible during your rental period in order to ensure that things go smoothly. Homeowner can and will share space with renters. This is our dream home so we take excellent care of it and would appreciate it if guests did the same. Please be aware that our yard backs up to a wetland nature preserve, as such, it is inevitable that leaves, insects and debris will end up in the pool, even 5 minutes after vacuuming it.
