Heated Pool

The pool will be preheated to a minimum of 85 degrees at no charge. If you want it warmer, select this option. If its very hot out, skip this one! Note: pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously.

Large grass lawn!

There is a large grassy lawn, big enough for tables or a wedding tent. Large jump houses fit easily! Or just bring chairs or blankets and enjoy the space.

Off-street parking

You and your guests can park in our private lot located behind the house and yard. Direct access to the backyard/pool is easy and convenient for unloading party supplies or people! (This atea is not lit at night.)

Convenient bathroom

The bathroom is located immediately inside the backdoor of our home. This means you don’t have to walk through our house to access it, plus it is blocked off, giving you a greater sense of privacy! Its also large enough to take kids in to change, etc.

Cornhole Game!

Play cornhole when you’re not swimming!
