About the pool

State-of-the-art Saltwater Pool and optional 8-person hot tub in a very private, idyllic setting abutting 600 acres of conservation land. My 3/4 acre, fully fenced-in backyard is perfectly appointed for a hassle-free day of family fun. Bring your grillinz and chillinz and your best corn-hole game! Outdoor mini basketball & lots of pool floats & toys add to the fun. Up to 2 dogs welcome for a flat fee (see premium amenities). A hiking trail into conservation land awaits outside my back gate. Ample parking. Private bathroom. Pool is not heated but runs on average 75-80 degrees. I am sorry, but it is not handicapped accessible. Also, if your event requires set up (birthday decorations & the like) *please* factor that into your booking time. I commonly have back to back bookings & am unable to accommodate early arrivals. My 30 minute buffer in between bookings is necessary to prevent any parking conflicts & allows me time to clean. Last, the maximum number of 14 guests is firm due to insurance & septic. Thank you for understanding. Also, I will show up to meet you in shorts & a t-shirt & barefoot:) Chill-style:)

What makes it special

Hot Tub

8 person hot tub with optional jets may be made available by the hour for an additional fee. Please communicate your desired timeframe for use upon arrival as it takes approximately 20 minutes to heat up. You may utilize the hot tub for as little or as much time as you like during your stay for the fee quoted.

WiFi

I do have WiFi, but because of the private location and granite surrounding the pool area service may be spotty or intermittent.

Grill

New gas grill available. Propane & cooking tools are provided at no charge. Big Green Egg charcoal grill also available. BYO charcoal & lighter fluid.

Private Forest Trail

Private trail from our back yard leads into 600 acres of conservation forest land and trails.

Corn Hole Court

Regulation size corn hole court adjacent to pool for your recreational pleasure in between dips. Go one-on-one or form teams & keep the party going!

Fairy and Elf Houses Invited

You are welcome to gather or bring materials to create *fairy special* spaces in the pool yard area for our fairy and elf residents!

Farmer’s Porch

You are welcome to glide on the wicker loveseat or just chill *semi-indoors* in our Farmer’s Porch which faces the pool area. Two ceiling fans are available for your comfort.
