About the pool

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION

Come and enjoy this beautiful, secluded pool with friends and family! I guarantee you will love it! Perfect location just 5 miles east of Downtown Dallas, 3 miles east of Deep Ellum and Fair Park. Party all day, swim all night. Party all night, swim all day! Your choice!

***Due to this house being in a residential neighborhood, carpooling and ridesharing is encouraged***

**There is a 3-hr, 6 person minimum.**

Decorating for your event is encouraged ☺️. However, set up and clean up is included in your booking time.

DJs are acceptable, however, due to this being a residential neighborhood, we ask that the noise be held to a reasonable level. The backyard carries sound well. As such, there is no need for max volume for the sake of max volume.
