Bring your family and friends to enjoy this cooling pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. Soak up the sun on two deck loungers or enjoy reading a book under the shade with a big fan to cool you under a large 15'x15' pergola. A bathroom is available through the main residence.

Additional rules

No parking in drive way. Be respectful of the neighbors so please keep noise to a minimum. No jumping into pool from the side porch bench. Living room to access guest bathroom is not included as guest use. Keep exterior door closed between uses. Screen porch directly off house is not included as usable area for guests. Please clean up area prior to departure. Trash and recycling bins are located just inside the yard gate.

The yard is flat with gravel and grass. The pool area are accessible by transfer. There is no ramp into the pool or hot tub. Unfortunately, to bathroom area is only accessible by stairs.
