ONLY AVAILABLE FALL and SPRING: Backyard has 1 acre of manicured landscaping. Complete with cabana, tents, seating, and large grass area for games. Enough seating for up to 40 people at one time. Quick and easy access from I-66 and plenty of stores nearby if you need to get last minute items (Giant Foods, BJ's Wholesale, Fast food restaurants). Plenty of on-premise parking! Large manicured grass area for lawn games including Volleyball. Extra amenity: Bounce House (commercial size).
