Pool will be heated to between 82 and 86 degrees.

In Person Greeting/Walk-through

If we are available we will greet you and walk you through the pool area and amenities. If we are unavailable to provide this service then we will message you to let you know and include a brief overview of the space.

Access to the guest WIFI network for the duration of your visit.

Pool Toys

Assoeted floaties, diving rigs and sticks, life jackets, goggles, and hand water cannons.

Playground

Trampoline and climbing dome in the backyard are included, however, the concrete patio at the rear of the garage is not. Inclusion of this amenity is restricted to the yard (grass).

Groups, 11-15 (REQUIRED)

We prefer to host smaller groups, however, if you are planning on having between 11 and 15 individuals (including children and infants) you will be REQUIRED to select this premium amenity.

Groups, 16-20 (REQUIRED)

We prefer to host smaller groups, however, if you are planning on having between 16-20 individuals (including children and infants) you will be REQUIRED to select this premium amenity.
