Heated Pool and Spa at Pemberley Manor**3.0 hour minimum**

Spend an idyllic afternoon in our heated 12-foot, 50,000 gallon pool or soaking in our 12-person heated hot tub. The pool is generally kept between 78 and 81 degrees in the summer and can be heated up to 85 degrees. The hot tub can be heated up to 104 degrees upon request. The hot tub has a thermal spa with bubbles. The pool is lit at dusk and has a series of cascading waterfalls to create a spa-like experience. We offer free bottled water, 10 beach towels, and Bubbly flavored soda, and 4 large pool floats, upon request. The season is underway, so join us for a retreat from everyday life. IAW Virginia law, we do not permit underage drinking. We require a **3.0 hour** minimum booking. We can accommodate parties up to 150 people.
