About the pool
Private and quiet family pool in the heart of the San Fernando valley. Large pool to fit the whole family for some fun under the sun. We have a large shaded area, picnic table, lounge chairs and 2 play gyms for the kids, outdoor bathroom and trampoline. Space is available to rent for parties and events. Pool is brand new and ready to be used. We look forward to sharing our little peace of paradise with you. For 7/1 - 7/5 ADDITIONAL HOLIDAY FEE APPLIES.. PLEASE ADD AMENITY WHEN BOOKING**** Casual drinking ok but anyone visibly intoxicated and unruly/disruptive will be asked to leave. Also please no loitering after your rental is complete, parking is limited and to respect our neighbors we ask guest leave within 15 of their end of rental time.
**Please NO EATING/DRINKING IN THE POOL and no glass bottles/cups in or around the pool. A picnic table is available for eating. No running around the poo...
