Hello and thank you for selecting our pool. Please see the rules below. No glass allowed. Glass can damage pool. No running, diving, pushing, shoving in or around pool. We do not allow parties, loud music, or alcohol. No nudity, smoking, drugs, or third party vendors. Please be aware we also do NOT have restrooms available. We also do not allow for any photos taken while here. All swimmers must be at least three years old and children must be supervised by an adult. No pets are allowed. Guests are swimming at their own risk. By booking this listing you are agreeing that the renter agrees to accept any and all responsibility for health and safety of themselves and their guests. By booking the rentor unconditionally waive the right to sue for damages, illness, injury, or death arising out of or relating to participation in any of the ACTIVITIES. This waiver also encompasses claims arising from or relating to the negligence arising out of or relating to exposure to infectious diseases, and claims arising out of or relating to the condition of, or the use of, rented equipment. Upon arriving please enter the backyard from gate at the end of the driveway.
