About the pool

As you enter this pristine modern house you’ll be amazed by a sparkling pool in front of you w/ explosive Santa Monica ocean view through the large sliding glass doors.. you’ll also be drawn to look at the spiral staircase that leads to the Rooftop & a 360 degree View of all of LA including Downtown skyscrappers, Hollywood Sign, Malibu.. the rooftop comes with a bar & a fireplace table to enjoy the views & sunsets with a glass of wine.. The backyard offers an 8 people size Jacuzzi that is flying in the air w/ amazing sunset views, a large built in BBQ, swing seats to take your mind to the sky, a projector to enjoy movie nights, a corner firepit table outdoor seating set, a mini Golf course & alot of space for entertainment. just Amazing!! Please note: - The cleaning fee MUST be added in the premium amenities for parties over 5 guests! - Catering Permit fee MUST be added if any caterer is brought on site. - The booking ONLY includes outdoor areas, 1 living room & 1 bathroom.
