About the pool

Enjoy a peaceful & private swim in our lagoon-shaped pool surrounded by lush landscaping. Close to downtown Leesburg, Morven Park, Ida Lee Park, and restaurants & shops of the Historic District.

Our pool is a great option for singles, couples, friend groups, families, small photo shoots, one-on-one swim instruction, swim therapy sessions...

We have over 18 seasons of experience maintaining a clean, safe, & sparkling pool. Pool chemicals tested daily.

Deck w/ Dining Table

Deck with awning, table with seating for 6, plus additional seating.

Mosquito & Tick Control

Property treated for mosquitos & ticks regularly. It’s not perfect at eliminating the nasty little bugs but it helps.

4 freshly laundered towels. Please leave the towels on the pool deck when your booking is over.

Private access to our 1st first floor bathroom & directly from the pool deck is included. $15 surcharge if you want to use the shower. Soap & towel provided.

Pool Toys

Bean bag floats, pool rings, noodles, and pool toys are on the pool deck and/or in the big box on the pool deck. Goggles upon request.
