About the pool
Large inground pool, completely screened in with Florida glass screening for privacy. Complete with plenty of seating, covered area, large back patio uncovered with firepit. Large lush grassy backyard. Empty lot next door (no neighbors). No rear neighbors, no front neighbors, pool faces empty lot, no worrying about noise level. ???? The guest bath is open for use, and entry from the pool area is available. Small outdoor fridge available.
