About the pool

Great place to host a small gathering or party. The backyard is big enough to have approx. 100 guest. Pool is surrounded by fence for safety. There is an outdoor bathroom and changing room. Amenities available are: grill, fire pit, heated pool/spa, playground, trampoline, coolers, tables, seating areas, umbrellas, and speaker. Plenty of outdoor lighting for night swims. 2hr minimum rental and at least a 6 hour notice for last minute bookings if you want the pool/spa heated. Reserve your spot today????

Additional rules

No food or glass containers by pool. Excessive drinking will not be allowed. Please pick up after yourselves. All trash must be picked up off the turf. Confetti, chewing gum, small or sticky candies are not allowed to protect the turf grass. Decorations are welcomed, however taping on windows and doors is not allowed. You are given 1 trash can with a 38 gallon bag for your event, if any additional trash is left it is your responsibility to take it with you. Only one trash bag per event of 25.
