About the pool
Large in-ground family friendly pool (not heated) with plenty of sun! 4 tables, 12 chairs and three lounge chairs included! Plus plenty of other seating including rockers and swing chair!!
Available at an extra cost are Bluetooth speaker with dedicated Apple Music phone, fire pit, griddle and griddle chef, movie screen and more.
Completely Family friendly!!! Bring the kiddies! Please note that adult only parties require prior approval and please make sure to state how many people will be coming. Intimate wedding venue for up to 50 people - please send message prior to booking to discuss. Children who cannot swim MUST be supervised at all times by parent. Infants MUST have swim diapers. Absolutely NO GLASS NEAR, AROUND OR IN POOL. NO RUNNING OR DIVING. Two (2) hour min on weekdays and three (3) hours on the weekend - MAXIMUM IS FOUR HOURS unless previously discussed.
Please factor in time to clean up and change and end booking on time. Bookings end on time, not after the booking. Do not rearrange furniture.

Smoking allowed only outside of the gate in the driveway and ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS NEAR, IN OR AROUND THE POOL. Only family friendly events, no pay per event and all adult only parties require prior approval. Must make sure to state how many people will be coming. Two (2) hour minimum M-F and three (3) hour min on weekends. Maximum is six (6) hours. Children must be supervised at all times. Plenty of extras available - griddle with chef so you don't have to cook, outdoor movie screen etc.
