The 1st one was when we were just starting and we made an honest but novice mistake. The 2nd was a customer who created a lot of problems at our pool while they were here.....enuf said.

Our pool is open and fantastic!! And you'll love it here. Everyone does!

Very private fenced in lg bkyard at the top of the street - you feel like you're on top of the world! Beautiful sunsets! Friendly owners.

The pool is heated along with the ht tub. Lg grill for cooking and so many loungers, 2 lg canopies, 2 umbrellas, yard badminton/volleyball

and pool volleyball along with an outdoor ping pong table, sonos and pool floaties.

IF YOU HAVE 10+ GUESTS, the price becomes NEGOTIABLE! Just write to the us and we'll explain how that can work for you!

NO GLASS BOTTLES FOR ANY PRODUCT PLEASE. We ask for minimum of 2 people for a minimum of 2 hours. Clean up after yourself in trash receptacles provided. CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE IN FLOATIES. No underage drinking. And please no diving in the shallow end of the pool. Dogs are allowed in the yard but not in the pool thank you.
