About the pool

Crystal Clear salt water pool with a resort style atmosphere. Backyard is west facing with tons of sun from the A.M till late afternoon. The Heat and the ambiance will make you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. If you would like I can have latin music playing in the pool area for that extra special touch.

Heated Pool

Pool heated to 85 F. If you would like pool heated to 90f i can accommodate it for an extra $5 and hour

Mini fridge in Shed

Can hold about 24 cans.

Chromecast TV

There is a Chromecast TV in the pool shed that you can cast any streaming service you have from your phone to it. I can also use my personal iPad to stream Prime, Disney +, Crave, TSN or Sportnest if you don’t have your own personal streaming services.

Movie Night by the pool

I can set up a projector and big screen for movie night. In the summer the projector works best at around 9:20Pm. G - PG13 movies only.

Pool is guaranteed to be heated to a minimum of 85 F for free. This is guaranteed even at night. If you require a steamed extra hot pool at 90 F, I can accommodate this for a small fee.

There is music playing in the pool area. Unfortunately due to a complaint of loud explicit music playing from a guest controlling the speaker, I can only play the radio at a set volume. If you tell me what type of music you like i can curate a playist for you and have it playing in the pool area

For safety reason umbrellas to be left down if windy. Alcohol is permitted but only in cans or plastic containers. Absolutely No glass anywhere in the yard. Smoking is permit in the designated smoking area. The speaker in the pool area is very loud. Therefore a maximum 50% volume and non explicit music to be played on speaker as I don’t want my neighbours to issue a complaint. I will have a radio station playing or I can curate a playlist for you if you let me know the type of music you like....
