No parties no additional guests allowed above what the booking allows or you be ask to leave property. excessive water on the floor you will be billed in extra fifty dollars clean fee . We will need a deposit of refundable deposit for excessive water on floor. Please do not use bedroom and laundry equipment. No video shoots We offer premium package which includes outdoor space.Barbecue grill, movie room and game room.But it's not included in this package.
