Excessive Clean Up Fee

This ammenity will be added on in instances where there are large parties 20+ or when debris is left in or around the pool. An extra charge will be assessed for instances of food, bodily fluids like vomit or childrens diapers left on the property, or smoking. It takes a lot of chemicals to reset a pool after instances like this so we will be charging to recoup the cost. Please be respectful of our home and space.
